W&LE EMD GP38-2 #255 Photos

The W&LE purchased five EMD GP38-2 locomotives from Norfolk Southern via auction
in August 2017. WE 255 is former NS/SOU (CG) 5153 and was put into service by the W&LE in
April of 2018.
