W&LE EMD SD40-2 #7004 Photos

After equipping the unit for Positive Train Control (PTC), the W&LE
renumbered WE 6317 to WE 7004 in November 2017

The W&LE acquired the 6317 as CEFX 3172 in December 2015.
It was quickly renumbered and put it into service.
