W&LE EMD SD40-2 #7016 Photos

After equipping the unit for Positive Train Control (PTC), the W&LE
renumbered WE 6359 to WE 7016 in June 2019

WE 6359 was rebuilt at Brewster from former WE 7374 and was released in January 2016.

The W&LE acquired the 7374 in September 2014 from National Railway Equipment.
It was put through the shop, lettered, and was put into service in late October:
